Visual Fantasy
(a REACT app)

My most challenging project to date was building, Visual Fantasy, a youtube sampler and streaming application. This was my final project for Resilient Coders Demo Day, where I presented it to a room of 150+ tech-insiders and community members. The app allows users to input any public youtube video, select a start & end time to sample, & then submit this video data into my database. The user can then scroll to the presentation panel to see all the snippets of videos played back precisely & in the order they were submitted in one continuous streaming video.

I am working on this portfolio site and figuring out how I can get my REACT app live on a domain with a big enough database, so folks can use it. It's a youtube video sampler. I have a screen-capped the beta version of the app below.
The stack I used includes React, Axios, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
